Joe Kocsis
Financial Advisor
After two decades as an Advisor, he had accumulated dozens of rental properties and eventually realized that managing them wasn’t all that it was cracked up to be. He thought “There had to be a better way.”
Upon discovering the DST, he quickly realized that many others were probably experiencing the same tenant headaches as he was, but they likely had no idea that there was a passive 1031 alternative to Property Management. This changed Joe’s career path, and today he specializes in bringing this powerful option to those who are equally unhappy with “landlording,” and would prefer to enjoy their retirements while the professionals managed their RE portfolios for them.
Joe obtained a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University, and currently holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, as well as New York Life and Health Insurance certifications.

Doug Zator
